1. Purpose
These terms govern sales of motorcycle bodywork parts made on this website. Placing an order implies their unreserved acceptance.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
3. Orders and stock
Products are offered while stocks last. An out-of-stock item cannot be ordered. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.
4. Delivery
Delivery to mainland France and Europe. Lead times shown on product pages are estimates and start from payment approval.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for painted or custom-made parts.
6. Warranties
Parts are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, plus a two-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects.
7. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent through the Contact page, stating the order number and the part reference concerned.
